Carolyn Fowler started HR Diversified Solutions
in 2000 after a 25-year career as a HR professional, leader and manager. Carolyn
has provided HR services to Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium
size organizations, both for profit and non- profit. Carolyn is an authorized
representative of Profiles International, Inc*, the fastest growing and most
progressive employee assessment company in the world.
She has a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and has earned numerous professional certifications, including: SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources); CCP (Certified Compensation Professional); CBP (Certified Benefits Professional); GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) and MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator).
She is an active member in several professional organizations, including: the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Albemarle-Charlottesville Human Resources Association, Shenandoah Valley SHRM, Fauquier/Culpeper SHRM, WorldatWork, American Society for Training and Development, Leadership Charlottesville Alumni Association, Richmond Compensation Association, and the Chambers of Commerce for Charlottesville, Greater Augusta County, Culpeper County and Fauquier County.
